Open WhatsApp ChatFor most patients a session lasts around 30–40 minutes. Your first visit may take a little longer (up to 45–50 minutes) because we spend extra time on assessment and planning.
It depends on the type of problem, how long it has been present and your goals. Recent muscle or joint pains may settle in 3–6 sessions. Long‑standing problems, post‑surgery or nerve issues can need 10–15 sessions or more. We review your progress every few visits and adjust the plan together.
A prescription is helpful but not compulsory in most cases. You can directly book an appointment with us. If you already have X‑rays, MRI or a doctor’s advice, please bring them. If during assessment we feel a medical or surgical opinion is required, we will guide you to the right specialist.
Please carry any old reports, X‑rays, MRI scans, blood tests and prescriptions related to your problem. Wear or carry comfortable, loose clothing so that the therapist can easily assess and treat the affected area (for example shorts for knee problems, sleeveless/loose T‑shirt for shoulder problems).
Home visits are available for selected patients such as post‑operative cases, elderly patients or those who are unable to travel to the clinic, within a limited distance. Availability and charges depend on the schedule, so please WhatsApp or call us to check for your area.
